These are just a few ideas to get you going! There is such a variety of delicious, flavourful foods you are encouraged to eat on a cleanse, I don't think I would feel too deprived if I cut the "Big Bad 5" out of my diet permanently!

The personal food prep I am doing for my cleanse is finding appetizing (allowed) recipes, and making a 7 day meal plan (so I don't have to scramble last minute for meals). Then on the weekend the cleanse starts, I am doing a shop for organic produce at the farmers market, grabbing some ingredients from the health food store and pre-making a few soups, dips, etc. to have on hand for lunches and snacks.  I am really looking forward to giving myself a reason to branch out to new healthier recipes and eating habits that will hopefully stick after the 7 days!
