Eat These, Avoid These, FOOD Lists

What to consume and Not to consume on a Cleanse

Eat as much as you want of these foods:
Fruit: Fresh, frozen, dried, no sugar-added fruit juices, canned Fruit (Packed in water) 
Vegetables: fresh, frozen, canned (no sodium added)
Garlic, onions, shallots, leeks
Potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes
Seeds: Sunflower, pumpkin, Flax, etc. (Unsalted)
Nuts: Cashews, pecans, almonds, brazil, walnuts, pine, etc. (Unsalted) 
Milk Substitutes: Coconut, almond, rice, etc.
Natural yoghurt, Greek yoghurt

Fresh fish and canned salmon/tuna in water is o.k.
Beans & Lentils: chickpeas, black, white & brown beans, all lentils, kidney (Not canned in oil)
Gluten Free Whole Grains: Quinoa, Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Corn, Millet, Buckwheat, Amaranth,
Oats (Uncontaminated by Gluten like Bob's Red Mill Brand)
Rice pasta, Rice Crackers, Rice cakes
Gluten free bread, bagels, wraps,
Oils: Flax, coconut, hemp, olive
Regular, balsamic & rice vinegars
Plain popcorn
Honey

Herbal Teas & Green Tea
Herbs & spices
Sea Salt
Black pepper


These foods are off limits!
(Especially the "The big BAD 5"):
Animal products: Red meat, chicken, turkey (and any meat products like sausages, burgers), milk, cheese, eggs, cream, butter
Caffeine: Coffee, Black tea, chocolate
Sugar: White, brown, raw, splenda, sweetned jams & juices etc.
Alcohol: (Except for cooking)
Gluten: Any food that contains wheat including bread, wraps, crackers, pasta, granola bars, croissants, cereals, cookies, pastry, quiche, battered or breadcrumbed foods. Also not-so-obvious foods like some deli meats have gluten in them! (So, this list is not exhaustive)
Plus:
Anything processed including sauces, pickles, shop bought salad dressing, mayonnaise, margarine
Regular Salt (And anything with added sodium)
Try to avoid soy products
Peanuts & peanut butter
